Mojito

Mojito
Few days ago I made myself a homemade Mojito. It was pretty good, considering that the mint wasn't as fresh as I wanted. And I think I overdid the lime juice a bit, but it was OK.
Here is a short recipe you can use - and make sure you have fresh mint.
Five ingredients: white rum, sugar syrup, lime, carbonated water and mint. In a glass add lime juice, the sugar syrup and mint leaves. I used a spoon to press, bruise and stir the mint leaves - they will release more aroma when mashed than cut. Add rum, soda and ice. Finally, you can add more mint leaves and lime to get the desired looks.
